Health & Safety Rules

Welcome to our puppy play area! Upon arrival, please ensure you sanitize hands using the facilities provided. All shoes must be removed, and you'll need wear the overshoes provided to protect our puppies from any outside germs. While you're here, please remember to sit down at all times the puppies, as they are just a few weeks old. You're encouraged to stroke, hold, and cuddle them, but do keep in mind that puppies have sharp teeth and may nip while playing. Enjoy your time with our friends!

The Session

In a puppy therapy session, the puppies take the lead, creating a joyful and engaging atmosphere. Participants enjoy watching the puppies play, romp around, even take little naps, all while surrounded by a secure indoor setting within a spacious puppy playpen. SEN Sessions

We recognise that individuals with special educational needs may find smaller, specialised sessions beneficial. That’s why we provide quieter group environments for those in need. Please ensure you bring your blue badge or DLA letter. Only one ticket is necessary per person, as carers can enter for free.
